Steps for user account deletion:-

Send an email to delete@svasthiya.in with Subject: USER ACCOUNT DELETION <YOUR MOBILE NUMBER>

In the body of the email, mention as follows:-

   - Your FULL name:

   - Your mobile number:

   - Reason for deletion:

After we receive your email, we will get back to you within 7 working days on the status of your request.

Types of Data that will be deleted:- All your user profile data will be deleted. We will not retain any PII (Personally Identifiable Information) eg. your mobile number, email address or any other data that can be used to identify you uniquely.
